CJ Van Eyk was a big part of the story in this game as he started his 18th game of the season for the Herd and went seven innings. He struck out two while allowing one run on two hits.

The Bisons’ offence scored four in the third and three in the eighth with a two run double by Jay Harry getting things going in the bottom of that frame.

Peyton Williams then continued his meat trucking ways with a double with two outs in the third scoring Harry and Josh Kasevich.

In the eighth it was RJ Schreck and Nick Goodwin with solo shots that provided two of the three runs in the eighth.

The Bisons wrap up their season on Sunday. For Saturday’s game, The first pitch is scheduled for 1:05 p.m. with Grant Rogers making the start for Buffalo.
