In game two Andrew Bash gave up four runs in the second inning, all unearned, and the Bisons were again in a 4-0 hole. Buffalo got their first hit in the sixth inning and it drove in two runs. Josh Rivera doubled following a walk and a hit batter. The Bisons finished with two hits, they had five hits over the two games.
Devereaux Harrison could not get out of the first inning in the first NH game. Four runs, 35 pitches, 18 strikes, 17 balls. The hitters had just three hits in the game.
Juaron Watts-Brown was down 2-0 two hitters into his AA debut in game two. He gave up another two run home run in the fourth. He finished with five innings in the books, five runs allowed, five K's. NH bats were quiet again. They had three hits through six innings. They had three more hits in the seventh including Peyton Williams' third home run. It has been a tough go for Williams, hitting under .200 without much power. Dasan Brown was 2-2 with a walk.
Pat Gallagher made his first start of the season for Vancouver and he threw four almost perfect innings, just one walk.
The C's hitters were hot with 13 hits. Every hitter had at least one hit except Sean Keys and he walked three times. Nick Goodwin homered, his second. He added a single and had four RBI.
Dunedin's Gilberto Batista went five innings but Tampa scored four runs off him. Dunedin had ten hits, Sam Shaw, Manuel Beltre and Jean Joseph had two each.
In the FCL Andres Arias was hitting just above .100 with a .350 OPS two days ago. He homered yesterday and again on Saturday. He also singled and walked three times. His OPS is now .744, a bump of almost .400 in two days. Enmanuel Bonilla hit his first home run of the season. Silvano Hechavarria just was tagged with an unearned run in five innings but he had just one K.
