NOTES
Buffalo had just four hits. Riley Tirotta homered. CJ Van Eyk was back to starting and completed 4.1 innings. Five hits and three walks combined with six K's for a mixed day.
For some reason Chay Yeager started for New Hampshire and went two innings. He was followed by Trey Yesvage pitching out of the bullpen. Yesavage did go five innings and struck out nine. He had no walks. Yesavage had trouble with one hitter, a Dylan Campbell. Campbell homered off Yesavage in the fourth inning. He doubled in the seventh, stole third, and scored on a sac fly. The rest of the hitters didn't do much.
NH had eight hits, four of them came in the third inning where they scored three runs. Cade Doughty had two hits, Victor Arias and Charles McAdoo doubled.
Vancouver had just two hits in the game and both of those hits came in the ninth inning. That left Gage Stanifer with the loss even though he struck out ten in five innings. He was charged with two runs on five hits. Over his last three starts Stanifer has thrown 14 innings with 22 K's. Hitters have just nine hits in those 14 innings.
Dunedin racked up 13 hits in a seven inning game. A couple of the new guys led the way. Maddox Latta singled, doubled and tripled and drove in three runs. The NDFA is hitting .429. 15th round pick Jake Casey also had three hits and drove in two. He is hitting .320. Kendry Chirinos and Yorman Licourt had two hits each.
Austin Cates started and only threw two innings because of a rain delay. Daniel Guerra struck out seven in five innings.
