Well, after a week off for the 518 gang we're back at it.

I'll be there tonight and probably Wednesday and Thursday. How about the rest of yas? Have we got a drummer out there?

Wednesday sounds good for me. I'll be there. Damn its been a while since I've seen a Jays game. TOO long for my liking. Damn alluring Olympic Stadium....

I have seen way to many losing games. Kind of happy im away at univ no opportunity to watch the Jays lose any more.

Wow. Given his current injury, and the Jays' outfield depth of Wells / Rios / Johnson + Gross, I'd figured that the Cat wouldn't come back. I like him, but I'm kinda surprised that the Jays signed him for 2 years / 2.7 million. Maybe they will try to either spell him regularily at DH, or first.

If nothing else, he should be a good example for the younger players, hopefully he'll stay healthy and productive.

Tonight I'll be going to my first Jays game since 1994. I'll go up to 518, and I'll be sure to try and find NFH, who is apparently a Burley doppelganger.

I'll be at the game tonight, but I have no idea where I'm sitting. The Jays were doing the "sign up for our email newsletter, get free tickets" deal again, but this time, they decided to not mail out the tickets, and just have people go up to the box office at gametime. Should be fun anyways, but I find the amount of free ticketing that the Jays are doing is incredible. From personal experience, I went to a game in the Oakland series for free, I'm going tonight for free, I'm going on the weekend against Tampa for free. Come to think of it, that means that the Jays will have (apparently) given away 10,000 tickets a night, every game (minus the 2 Seattle games), for the entire month of September. Yikes.

Leigh, I'm wearing a new grey cap, a late '90s road grey jersey and orange clogs. And I look sorta like Burley, but more like Silent Bob.

When my wife and I went to a Halloween party a couple of years ago with me as Bob and her as Jay it went over like wildfire.

Went over like wildfire? So people were running for their lives and dumping large amounts of water on you?

And on from that...

I can't come today because I simply can't miss the Packers season opener. Thursday is an early school day for me so I can't come Wednesday, but Friday is a wonderful day where I don't have to come in until 11 so I should be there Thursday night, god willing.
