In the small version of the picture on the top left side of the page, it almost looks as if Molina is a Knight preparing to ride into battle.

I just thought that looked pretty cool.

I'm pretty sure alot of people around here are familiar with the tremendous influence a catcher has on the game, but for the casual fan, you never see the other 9/10 of a catcher's job when watching a game. They not only control pitches, but call pickoffs, defensive alignment and send signals all the way to the outfield. Bengie Molina right now could be telling Alex Rios to move closer to the foul line.

Ugh, that just sounded something like that talking baseball on ESPN would say.
