At some point in minor league development, you must gain more baseball smarts about oneself, Either we need help in our minor league area of base running or guys have a reckless way about themselves. Our minor league teams in the lower levels do not run the bases very well, and I know it costs us runs pretty much every night on the circuit. Perhaps some money well spent would be to engage in a roving coach to work on  base running skills.
