God Delgado was good. I watched his whole career in the prime of my love for baseball and I still might underrate his excellence.

Thanks!
Just a nit: I believe it's Alfredo Griffin, not Griffen?

Ooops, you are correct. Problem with being a comic book reader as well (one of my favorite artists ever was Keith Giffen).

If you accept that the very best relievers should be in the Hall of Fame, and the standard should be dominance rather than volume of saves or longevity, then Henke has a very good case for the Hall - among relievers with more than 600 innings, Henke is third in FIP- and seventh in ERA-, well ahead of Bruce Sutter and Rollie Fingers, and marginally ahead of Trevor Hoffman and Dennis Eckersley.

Incidentally, Billy Wagner definitely deserves to be in the Hall by these measures - Wagner is second only to Mariano Rivera in both ERA- and FIP-.

Assuming Bautista is not back and everyone else is, I think the only guys who will climb the position player categories are Donaldson (because he's been awesome) and Pillar (because he's been around the longest). Donaldson will make the top ten in HRs if he is healthy and on Toronto, Pillar could work towards a few things but the top ten is a few years away for everything.

Stroman/Happ/Estrada could all start sneaking on the bottom of the starting pitching top tens. Happ is 10 wins from 9th all-time for the Jays, and would end up in a similar ranking for strikeouts with a full season. Weird. Osuna moves to 2nd on the saves list if he closes for a full season.
