Macko struck out five. Binghamton scored three runs in the tenth, one with the help of an error. Zach Britton and Josh Kasevich had two hits each, out of a total of eight for the Cats. Adam Macko might be moving up the starter depth chart each time out, what with all the injuries.  You'd like to see a guy get more than 4 starts in AA before getting called up, but he is already on the 40 man, and in his fifth season as a pro.  I wouldn't be surprised to see him pass Manoah on the depth chart, and Rodriguez has the innings limit.

Scott Mitchell reports that Brandon Barriera needs elbow surgery, he is done for the season.

Given his 2023 and now 2024 and likely not pitching till the 2nd half of 2025, Barriera is now more suspect than prospect for me.
