Nimmala 3/5 with a HR

Would be fantastic if Nimmala could push himself to AA soon and Parker to Vancouver. Tucker Toman is interesting again because he stopped hitting right handed and is raking early this year. Last year, he had a. 748 OPS vs RHP and a. 606 one vs LHP with zero hrs. This year, he's hitting lefties very well so far (SSS) as a lefty including already having a HR. Still only 22 so maybe still a chance to turn into something.

I imagine at best we're looking at midseason promotions. Given they are both shortstops, there is probably a lot of defensive working going on not on the box score. Things would look a heck of a lot more promising for our farm if they both continue to succeed and push for promotion for sure!

Toman has hit the ball on the ground 65% of the time this year, has a 15% line drive rate and yet a BABIP of .500.  He's still striking out 25% of the time.  He may have hit the ball hard in the air 3 or 4 times this year and produced 4 extra-base hits, but the profile is not a sustainable one.
