Willie McIver led the Herd with three hits, including an RBI single. Josh Kasevich drove in two with an RBI triple and RBI single and walked twice. Je'Von Ward walked three times. Josh Rivera hit a hot smash to short which rolled away into the outfield in the 10th to drive in the tying and winning runs. Pat Gallagher put up three zeros and allowed just one hit while striking out three. Devereaux Harrison, Conor Larkin and Jesse Hahn allowed a run apiece after working three, two and one inning(s) respectively. Hayden Juenger gave up a run in the 10th but got the victory.

Jose Burgos hit a two-run homer and was 2-for-2 with a walk while Victor Arias was 3-for-3 with a double and a free pass. Sean Keys singled, took one for the team and had an RBI groundout. Jay Harry had an RBI double. Adrian Pinto and Jace Bohrofen were 1-for-5 and Arjun Nimmala walked twice but the three of them combined for eight strikeouts at the top of the order. Chris McElvain coughed up three runs, two of them homers, over five innings on five hits and two walks. He struck out three and split his eight outs in play evenly on the ground and in the air. Aaron Munson was charged with a blown save after giving up two runs over two innings. Kelena Sauer got a hold despite a run allowed over one inning. Yondrei Rojas blew the save and took the loss with two runs allowed over two-thirds of an innings.

Jonathan Todd nailed down his fourth save of the season for Vancouver.

Monty's Mounties were held to four hits but a fielder's choice from Jacob Sharp to drive in a Manny Beltre single in the third was all they needed. Carter Cunningham walked, went to second on a wild pitch, stole third and scored on another wild pitch in the fourth. Cunningham clubbed his 10th homer of the year in the sixth to cap off the scoring. Maddox Latta went 2-for-2 with two walks and stole a base. Reigning Northwest League Pitcher of the Week Nolan Perry gave up a leadoff double on the first pitch of the game but was unfazed by that. In the third, the Emeralds had a pair of singles but Perry picked off the runner at second to end that rally. He allowed just four hits and one walk in a career-high six innings and racked up eight Ks. His strike 3 pitches clocked in a 79, 79, 94, 79, 94 and 83. Jonathan Todd was not there for the BS either as he mowed down all nine hitters he faced, three by strikeout, for the save.

Yorman Licourt slugged his seventh home run of the year, a two-run shot, and also doubled and singled. Aldo Gaxiola connected for a three-run shot, his sixth, and also singled. Eric Snow singled twice and walked twice and Juan Sánchez had a two-run triple and a walk. Austin Smith singled and walked and Blaine Bullard was 0-for-5. He pitched five innings in which he yielded eight hits and two walks while striking out four. Luis Victorino and Josbel Garcia gave up three runs apiece over the last three innings. Both were charged with blown saves and Garcia was tagged for the loss.
