I think 200 IP, an ERA in the low 4's and 10-15 wins is attainable providing Josh stays healthy. 
    Josh turned a corner when his fastball sped up 1 or 2 mph. At that point it was JUST fast enough to be effective when a batter had to consider his other stuff.
If he keeps that little extra speed he could be a steady legit number 3 or 4 guy for several years. He has always been a SMART pitcher.
