I don't think you can make a legitimate case for anyone outside the
first four listed. I almost didn't include the Jays, ranked #9 by
ESPN.com right now, to remove the "homer" vote, but figured it'd just
end up in "Other" anyway. (Incidentally, who voted "Other" and who is
it you have in mind?)
