NOTES
fourteen hits for the Bisons, Daulton Varsho had the only home run. The offense was powered by three of the "old-timers". Ali Sanchez, Michael Stefanic and Buddy Kennedy each had three hits.
Easton Lucas went three shutout innings, CJ Van Eyk followed with four innings with one run allowed.
Juaron Watts-Brown has ridden the AA roller coaster. He had a 2.22 ERA in June but it was 6.75 in July heading into Friday's game. He was back on track Friday, seven innings, three hits, one walk, six K's.
Eddinson Paulino hit a two run home run in the first inning and then did it again in the second. He added an RBI single in the sixth and a fourth hit, a single, in the eighth.
Cutter Coffey had three hits for Vancouver, A single, a double and a home run. He drove in three runs. Carter Cunningham also homered. Coffey should get a look at AA before the end of the season. He has hit over .300 for two months now. Coffey has been splitting time between 2b and 3B this season. Maybe one of our BC residents can give us a scouting report.
Dunedin's first game was resumed in the eleventh inning after it was suspended after ten. Jean Joseph hit a sac fly for the walk off win.
Landen Maroudis had a game of threes in Dunedin's regular game. Three innings pitched. Four hits and five walks made for nine baserunners or three per inning. Three runs allowed, three double plays turned. Maroudis is missing his command and his velocity. Just four hits for the D Jays in this game.
