Davis Schneider had the lone two-hit game for the Herd that included a double. Rhylan Thomas and Josh Kasevich also had doubles. Yohendrick Piñango had an RBI single to account for the Herd's only run. Josh Stephan gave up three runs (two earned due to a Jay Harry error at short) over five innings. He surrendered four hits and three walks and struck out four to go along with eight groundball outs. Javen Colmean walked one but whiffed two in a scoreless sixth. Pat Gallagher gave up a three-run bomb in the seventh to put the game out of reach for the Herd. Sam Gardner was gonged for three more runs in 1⅓ innings.
Tucker Toman had a three-hit night and a walk for a perfect night at the plate and had the team's lone extra-base hit with a double. Alexis Hernández also had three hits while Aaron Parker and Mathieu Vallée had two, including an RBI single. Carter Cunningham had an RBI groundout to open the scoring in the first and added a single. The Fisher Cats were 2-for-16 with runners in scoring position and left nine men on base, including the potential tying and go-ahead runs in the ninth. Mason Olson pitched four shutout innings before being charged with a run in the fifth. He gave up two hits and walked a batter over 4⅓ innings and struck out three. Aaron Munson allowed Olson's run to score but got five outs without giving up a run of his own. Devereaux Harrison got the loss after being dinged for three runs and only got an out. Only one run was earned due to a Cunningham throwing error at first. Kelena Sauer walked one but put up a zero in the eighth.

Calabrase then belted his first home run as a member of the Blue Jays organization in the seventh. Calabrese, a Richmond Hill, Ontario native, teamed up with Mississauga's Connor O'Halloran in playing crucial roles in the win. O'Halloran gave up a first-inning solo homer but that was the only run and hit he allowed over four innings. He walked one and struck out four, and also had four outs on the ground. Reece Fields got the win by scattering two hits and a walk over three shutout innings and striking out three batters. Dax Dathe walked a batter but struck out two in a shutout eighth to get the hold. Jack Eshleman stranded a single and a double in running position to record the save in the ninth. Dameury Peña and JoJo Parker had two hits apiece at the top of the order with Parker drawing a walk. Jaxson West had three singles in the number nine spot. The C's need one win in their final five games of the season or one loss by Everett to advance to the Northwest League final against Eugene.
