Sure, Garrett Atkins is hitting .320 and Jeff Cirillo is at .280, but neither has really played quite enough for serious consideration (though I suppose with Clint Barmes hurt, Atkins or Brian Fuentes or possibly Jeff Francis will have to make the team so Colorado will have a rep).

Is it just me, or do the All-Star candidates seem a little dry this year?
I just have an unexplained man-crush on David Wright... please forgive my vote for him.
Maybe I'm the only one, but shouldn't MLB get rid of the one per team rule? If a guy isn't an All Star then he just isn't good enough to make the team, and it might clear up the annual snubs quite a bit. I hate to think that a Pirate will be in Detroit instead of someone more deserving. Sad, really.
